Every project begins with a different set of constraints. Here, an existing residence became the foundation for a regional office, where the design responds to what already exists instead of replacing it. New workspaces, meeting rooms and collaborative areas are seamlessly integrated into the original structure, while a dedicated guest suite remains as a practical amenity for visiting executives. The intervention demonstrates how thoughtful design can unlock new purpose without demanding a complete rebuild.
